fantastic find!
private bathroom studio suite complimentary water pleasant surprise
i really enjoyed my room. the family studio suite included a private bathroom alongside a kitchen. complimentary water bottles and biscuits were a pleasant surprise. the air conditioning unit also worked well as a heater.
the bedroom ceiling was a little low and awkward.

solid stay near the city center
friendly staff convenient location
i appreciated the proximity to the national express coach station. the room felt cozy and warm, very refreshing after a long journey. the staff were friendly. restaurants and pubs were just a short walk away, and i found that to be convenient.
The noise from the road made it difficult to sleep well. I could clearly hear every car passing by. the lack of insulation made this quite bothersome. it was hard to ignore constant traffic sounds.

the hotel enjoys a superb location. the national express coach station is only five minutes away, and the colleges are a 20-minute walk. many restaurants and pubs are within a five minute radius, perfect for grabbing a quick bite.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
easy walks kitchen facilities staff kindness
The location allowed easy walks to the city center. I found the kitchen with fridges and a microwave very useful. It helped a lot. I wish to commend Nas for her kindness and help. She was very supportive. The staff's friendliness really stood out to me.
The en-suite room had some mold. The bathroom was also not as clean as I expected. I hope they address this soon.

excellent location luggage drop-off roadside noise sound proofing
I appreciated the excellent location. it was convenient to both the train station and the town center. staff was helpful, and i was able to drop off my luggage early. That was a plus.
the room faced a busy roadside, resulting in significant noise, i didn't sleep well. the hotel lacks proper soundproofing, and traffic sounds were constant.

I found some things a bit disappointing. There was noticeable mold in the bathroom. The shower drain seemed a little clogged. the room needed more attention to detail.

central location new shower easy check
location was very central. the room had everything i needed, including a hairdryer. shower was new and had hot water. check in was easy.
i did not like the poor bedside lighting. i could not turn off the central ceiling light without getting out of bed. freeview tv was unavailable.
